T. Richard "Rich" Rogowski

Thaddeus Richard "Rich" Rogowski of Milltown, NJ passed away suddenly at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital on 12 December 2017. He was 66. Born in Jersey City, he grew up in Union, and moved to Milltown 33 years ago. He graduated from Kean University, and retired in 2013 after working for Nestle for 37 years. The son of the late Ted and Victoria (Gugliotta) Rogowski, he leaves to mourn his daughter Cristin Vita and her husband Charles, daughter Caitlyn, daughter Cari, 12 beloved grandchildren including his granddaughter Melody, who he was raising, his sister and brother in law Lynn and Frank Lipari, his sister and brother in law Karen and Bob Bizzaro, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and his companion Marianne Mele. He was a long-time communicant at Our Lady of Lourdes parish on Milltown, where he was an usher and Eucharistic Minister. A lover of the arts, he was an enthusiastic patron of New Jersey's community theatres, and was the founder and President of Little Apple Productions.
Family and friends are invited to visit at Bronson and Guthlein Funeral Home on Friday December 15 from 3pm-5pm and 7pm-9pm. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Lourdes church at 10:00 am on Saturday December 16. Burial will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the NJ Sharing Network, in honor of Rich's decision to give the gift of life. 28:{"dat
