Gregory Joseph Smith

Gregory J. Smith of North Brunswick, NJ passed away unexpectedly December 18, 2017 at his home. He was 44 years old. Born in Edison, NJ and raised in Old Bridge, NJ, he resided in Farmingdale, NJ until relocating to North Brunswick in 2014. He proudly served his country as a member of the US Marine Corp Reserves. He was employed as a pipefitter by UA Local 9. Greg cherished time spent with his family, especially fishing with his two children. Greg is survived by his loving children Christopher and Julia Smith, mother Barbara Smith, father Richard Smith, Sr., and two brothers, Richard Smith, Jr. and Chris Smith. The family will welcome friends Wednesday 12/27 from 6-8pm at the Bronson and Guthlein Funeral Home of Milltown, NJ. Funeral service 7:30pm at the funeral home. Final disposition is private.
